How to Track Mechanochemical Reactions in Resonant Acoustic Mixers by in Situ Raman Spectroscopy
We define a practical operational window for in situ Raman monitoring in resonant acoustic mixing (RAM), a milling media‐free alternative to ball milling. By optimizing key parameters, including vessel design, filling degree, and acceleration, we establish conditions that enable robust spectral acquisition across various mechanochemical transformations.
