Robust Estimators for Multipass SAR Interferometry
This paper introduces a framework for robust parameter estimation in multipass interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR), such as persistent scatterer interferometry, SAR tomography, small baseline subset, and SqueeSAR. These techniques involve estimation of phase history parameters with or without covariance matrix estimation.

Demonstration of SAR Interferometry under Crossing Orbits using TerraSAR-X and TanDEM-X
This paper discusses cross-track SAR interferometry under crossing orbits. The underlaying theory is briefly outlined, showing that a crossing angle between the ground tracks needs to be compensated by applying different squint angles in order to ...

Interseismic Creep Along the Enriquillo–Plantain Garden Fault, Haiti, Estimated From InSAR
Abstract The Enriquillo–Plantain Garden fault zone (EPGFZ) is a major left‐lateral strike‐slip fault in southern Haiti hosting several recent destructive earthquakes, including the 2021 MW 7.1 Nippes event with primary thrust‐slip. To investigate how strain is accommodated in the vicinity of the 2021 event, we analyzed Sentinel‐1 interferometric ...

Observing Seasonal Variabilities of a Permafrost Landscape With PolSAR, InSAR and Pol-InSAR
Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) remote sensing is an established approach for observing Earth processes. The combination of different types of SAR acquisitions in polarimetric, interferometric, and polarimetric-interferometric frameworks is well studied ...

Coherent shift estimation for stacks of SAR images
Speckle tracking is used with SAR images to estimate displacements, in ways that support or integrate interferometric measurements. This paper derives Fisher information expressions for the displacement estimation using coherent speckle tracking, for the

Sea surface height measuring using InSAR altimeter
Satellite altimetry has been widely used in measuring ocean topography from space. The conventional altimeter system is the nadir radar altimeter system which has the limitations of one-dimensional measurement and is unable to get both high temporal and ...

High resolution PolInSAR with the ground-based SAR (GB-SAR) System: measurement and modelling [PDF]
Ground-based work is necessary for a comprehensive assessment of the operational potential and limitations of PolInSAR in airborne and satellite SAR applications. A study is made of the performance and usefulness of the UK’s Ground-Based SAR (GB-SAR)
