Current prevention methods, such as physical barriers, have many limitations, resulting in inconsistent safety and efficacy. Advanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.This study developed a bioprinted co‐culture system embedding rat pancreatic islets and Scenedesmus sp. microalgae spatially defined in close vicinity. Red light was found optimal to ensure microalgal photosynthesis while maintaining islet viability and functionality. A tailored co‐culture medium supported both cell types.

Advanced Materials, EarlyView.Anion‐exchange doping of conjugated polymers is an effective way to achieve high conductivities. Here, we report over 2000 S cm−1 electrical conductivity for doped P(g3BTTT). In addition, we show that P(g3BTTT) sustains exceptionally high doping levels without any drop in the charge mobility.

Advanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.Low‐temperature passivation of SiC reveals that optical surface quality and chemical stability are not directly correlated. Ar plasma‐treated and SiNx‐passivated surfaces yield the lowest photoluminescence background, whereas CF4 plasma and ALD‐grown dielectrics introduce higher emission.
