Abdominal simultaneous 3D water T1 and T2 mapping using a free‐breathing Cartesian acquisition with spiral profile ordering

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, Volume 95, Issue 1, Page 268-285, January 2026.
Abstract Purpose To develop a method for abdominal simultaneous 3D water T1$$ {T}_1 $$ (wT1$$ \mathrm{w}{T}_1 $$) and T2$$ {T}_2 $$ (wT2$$ \mathrm{w}{T}_2 $$) mapping with isotropic resolution using a free‐breathing Cartesian acquisition with spiral profile ordering (CASPR) at 3 T.

Assessing Recurrent Acute Rhinosinusitis Development in Posttransplant Patients: A Study on Sinus Surgery Necessity

open access: yesOTO Open, Volume 10, Issue 1, January-March 2026.
Abstract Objective Recurrent acute rhinosinusitis (RARS) significantly decreases quality of life. Transplant recipients (TR) are particularly vulnerable to rhinologic conditions. There is a lack of guidelines for managing RARS in this population. Our study aims to determine the prevalence of and risk factors for RARS among TR and assess the need for ...

Isolated Mediastinal and Hilar Lymphadenopathy as a Manifestation of IgG4‐Related Disease Diagnosed by EBUS‐Guided Transbronchial Mediastinal Cryobiopsy

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 1, January 2026.
We describe a case of mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy diagnosed as IgG4‐RD by transbronchial mediastinal cryobiopsy, fulfilling the 2020 diagnostic criteria, with systemic evaluation confirming no other organ involvement. ABSTRACT Immunoglobulin G4‐related disease (IgG4‐RD) is a fibroinflammatory condition that can involve multiple organs ...

A Rare Case of Necrotising Sarcoid Granulomatosis Presenting as Bilateral Pulmonary Masses Mimicking Malignancy

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 1, January 2026.
A 50‐year‐old man presented with bilateral pulmonary masses mimicking metastatic malignancy. Histology confirmed necrotising sarcoid granulomatosis, and corticosteroid therapy led to complete radiological resolution. This case highlights the diagnostic challenge of NSG and the importance of multidisciplinary evaluation.

Investigation of Prognostic Factors in Patients With Autoimmune Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein Astrocytopathy

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Neurology, Volume 33, Issue 1, January 2026.
This graphical abstract shows GFAP‐IgG detection using tissue‐based and cell‐based assays (top). It illustrates the selection of patients for comparing favorable and unfavorable prognosis groups (bottom left). Finally, it presents multiple regression analysis results identifying predictors of poor prognosis 6 months after admission (bottom right ...
