39 species of 13 oribatid mite families were found to inhabit southern border of the arctic and northern border of the typical tundra. Higher abundance of smaller primitive forms was found out, Liochtonius leptaleus Moritz, L. ochnischii Chinone and Brachychtonius pius Moritz are recorded in Russia for the first time.

In the suburbs of Odessa the males, females and hypopus of Bonomoia piicturata sp. 11. under bark of Populus nigra L.. in the Ichmelnitsky region the males and females of B. probata sp. 11. under the bark of Populus tremula L. were found. In the forests of Mariiskaya ASSR B. recondita sp. n. inhabits ant-hills of Myrmica ruginoidis N y 1.

فون کنه‌های اریباتید شهرستان زنجان طی سال‌های 1392-1391 بررسی شد. کنه‌ها با استفاده از قیف برلز جداسازی شدند و پس از شفاف‌سازی در محلول نسبیت، از آنها اسلایدهای میکروسکوپی تهیه شد. 46 گونه از 35 جنس متعلق به 24 خانواده به شرح زیر شناسایی شد. همۀ گونه‌ها برای نخستین بار از استان زنجان گزارش می‌شوند.
