Holistic Optimization toward Ultrathin Flexible Perovskite Solar Cells with High Efficiency and Mechanical Robustness

In this manuscript, 2D perovskite grain boundaries are constructed to improve the intrinsic flexibility of perovskite films by efficiently releasing the strain. Enhanced Activities of OCT4 and SOX2 Promote Epigenetic Reprogramming by Shortening G1 Phase

Fusing the VP16 domain to OCT4 and SOX2 (OvSvK) enhances iPSC generation by activating downstream targets, including those regulating the cell cycle. This accelerates reprogramming by shortening the G1 phase and reducing H3K27me3 levels. Modulating Ccnd1, Cdkn2a, and Ccne1 improves efficiency, linking cell cycle to epigenetic remodeling.

Single‐Cell Analysis Clarifies Pathological Heterogeneity in Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor and Identifies Biomarkers for Predicting Disease Recurrence

MP3 tumor cells, a specific subpopulation of tumor cells in D‐TGCT, regulated the differentiation of CD34+ Fbs into MMP3+ Fbs and APOE+ Fbs through COL6A3 − (ITGAV + ITGB8) interaction. APOE+ Fbs activated IL‐1B+CCL20+ Mφs through the CXCL12/CXCR4 axis. IL‐1B+CCL20+ Mφs and MMP3+ Fbs participated in the local invasion of D‐TGCT.

Engineering Light‐Element Modified LaFe11.6Si1.4 Compounds Enables Tunable Giant Magnetocaloric Effect

Herein, a tunable magnetocaloric effect is achieved on a series of light elements (C, F, S) modified LaFe11.6Si1.4 compounds. It is found that interstitial doping is more efficient in shifting TC compared with mixed (substitutional/interstitial) doping, but the first‐order transition cannot be well kept because of different p–d hybridization.
