Basilar Artery Occlusion Stroke Managed With Tenecteplase Versus Alteplase Before Endovascular Treatment (BAO‐TNK)

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To compare the effectiveness and safety of tenecteplase (TNK) versus alteplase (TPA) in patients with basilar artery occlusion prior to endovascular treatment (EVT). Methods In this retrospective multicenter study (BAO‐TNK), we analyzed consecutive BAO patients from 14 U.S.

Post‐COVID Fatigue Is Associated With Reduced Cortical Thickness After Hospitalization

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Neuropsychiatric symptoms are among the most prevalent sequelae of COVID‐19, particularly among hospitalized patients. Recent research has identified volumetric brain changes associated with COVID‐19. However, it currently remains poorly understood how brain changes relate to post‐COVID fatigue and cognitive deficits.

Using Volunteer Computing for Mounting SAT-based Cryptographic Attacks

open access: yes, 2014
In this paper we describe the volunteer computing project SAT@home, developed and maintained by us. This project is aimed at solving hard instances of the Boolean satisfiability problem (SAT). We believe that this project can be a useful tool for computational study of inversion problems of some cryptographic functions.

Olink Proteomics Analysis Reveals Heterogeneous Responses to FcRn Blockade in Anti‐AChR Antibody‐Positive Myasthenia Gravis: FGF‐19 as a Novel Biomarker

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective This study aimed to systematically observe the clinical manifestations, immune cell subsets, and dynamic changes in serological indicators in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) before and after efgartigimod (EFG) treatment. Methods We analyzed the baseline data, laboratory parameters, and lymphocyte subset proportions in MG ...

AutoDiVer: Automatically Verifying Differential Characteristics and Learning Key Conditions

open access: yesIACR Transactions on Symmetric Cryptology
Differential cryptanalysis is one of the main methods of cryptanalysis and has been applied to a wide range of ciphers. While it is very successful, it also relies on certain assumptions that do not necessarily hold in practice.

Association of Corticospinal Tract Asymmetry With Ambulatory Ability After Intracerebral Hemorrhage

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Ambulatory ability after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is important to patients. We tested whether asymmetry between ipsi‐ and contra‐lesional corticospinal tracts (CSTs) assessed by diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is associated with post‐ICH ambulation.

Discovery and Targeted Proteomic Studies Reveal Striatal Markers Validated for Huntington's Disease

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Clinical trials for Huntington's disease (HD) enrolling persons before clinical motor diagnosis (CMD) lack validated biomarkers. This study aimed to conduct an unbiased discovery analysis and a targeted examination of proteomic biomarkers scrutinized by clinical validation. Methods Cerebrospinal fluid was obtained from PREDICT‐HD and
