Targeting the KAT7/H3K14ac/RAC2 Axis Mediates OXPHOS to Promote Stemness Maintenance and Malignancy in Glioblastoma

SOX2 upregulates KAT7 in glioma stem cells, where KAT7 deposits H3K14 acetylation at the RAC2 promoter to activate RAC2 transcription. RAC2‐GTP subsequently promotes PAK1/2/3 phosphorylation, increasing tricarboxylic acid cycle flux and mitochondrial respiration to support glioblastoma malignancy.

Interleukin‐1α Mediates Pancreatic Fibroblast Activation, Regulates Immune Cell Recruitment and Fibrosis in Acute and Chronic Pancreatitis

During pancreatitis, IL‐1α is released from necrotic acinar cells. In response to IL‐1α, pancreatic fibroblasts release chemokines and cytokines that regulate the recruitment of immune cells to the damaged organ. Furthermore, IL‐1α primes fibroblasts, resulting in increased tissue fibrosis during chronic pancreatitis.

Dual‐Functional Terahertz Manipulation of EuBa2Cu3O7 Superconductors via Cooper Pair Dynamics

We use a spintronic‐metasurface THz emitter to realize chiral THz generation. Using polarization‐tunable THz pulses, we investigate equilibrium and photoinduced THz responses in a 43 nm thick EuBa2Cu3O7 (EBCO) thin film.
