Logarithmic and Strong Coupling Models in Weyl‐Type f(Q,T)$f(Q,T)$ Gravity

open access: yesAnnalen der Physik, Volume 538, Issue 1, January 2026.
This work explores Weyl‐type f(Q,T) gravity using recent observational datasets — CC, Pantheon+, Union 3.0, and DESI DR2. Through MCMC analysis of logarithmic and strong coupling models, the study reveals a transition from deceleration to acceleration, quintessence‐to‐phantom dynamics, and late‐time consistency with LCDM, offering a geometry‐driven ...

Modeling the Spatial Interplay Between Migration and Environmental Conditions

open access: yesEnvironmetrics, Volume 37, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT The measurement and modeling of migration patterns and potential drivers are often limited by the quality of spatial data at local levels. Our aim is to address these constraints by advantaging of consolidated techniques in geospatial regression and emerging machine‐learning approaches to explore how selected contextual socio‐economic and ...

Comment on a Study on the Aromaticity of [n]Circulene (n = 3–8)

open access: yesJournal of Physical Organic Chemistry, Volume 39, Issue 1, January 2026.
[n]Circulenes, except of [6]circulene, are nonplanar molecules (presented here is the optimized structure of [3]circulene). TRE analyses have to assume planarity and unoptimized other geometrical parameters. This results in ill‐assignment of aromaticity.

The Importance of Accounting for Stakeholder Values, Power Relationships and Language in Constructing Relevant and Trustworthy Climate Information

open access: yesEarth's Future, Volume 14, Issue 1, January 2026.
Abstract Facing increasing risks from climate change, governments at all levels have started to mainstream the use of climate information. It has been widely acknowledged that the inclusion of stakeholder knowledge and needs, for example, in a co‐design and co‐production process, is important for producing user‐relevant information.

Understanding the Dynamics of Record‐Shattering Compound Drought‐Heatwave Events and Their Impacts on Ecosystems

open access: yesEarth's Future, Volume 14, Issue 1, January 2026.
Abstract Recently, unprecedented compound drought and heatwave (CDHW) events have severely damaged terrestrial ecosystems, but their dynamics, formation mechanisms, and threats are still insufficiently understood. Here, using simulations from nine‐member ensemble under three future scenarios, we project that the expected annual probability of record ...
