A Non-Linear Filtering Algorithm Based on Alpha-Divergence Minimization

open access: yesSensors, 2018
A non-linear filtering algorithm based on the alpha-divergence is proposed, which uses the exponential family distribution to approximate the actual state distribution and the alpha-divergence to measure the approximation degree between the two ...

Global Navigation Satellite System Spoofing Detection in Inertial Satellite Navigation Systems

open access: yesInventions, 2023
The susceptibility of global navigation satellite systems (GNSSs) to interference significantly limits the possibility of their use. From the standpoint of possible consequences, the most dangerous interference is the so-called spoofing. Simultaneously, in most cases of GNSS use, an inertial navigation system (INS) or an attitude and heading reference ...

A Novel Weighted KNN Algorithm Based on RSS Similarity and Position Distance for Wi-Fi Fingerprint Positioning

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
In Wi-Fi fingerprint positioning, what we should most care about is the distance relationship between the user and the reference points (RP). However, most of the existing weighted k-nearest neighbor (WKNN) algorithms use the Euclidean distance of ...

PARP inhibitors elicit distinct transcriptional programs in homologous recombination competent castration‐resistant prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PARP inhibitors are used to treat a small subset of prostate cancer patients. These studies reveal that PARP1 activity and expression are different between European American and African American prostate cancer tissue samples. Additionally, different PARP inhibitors cause unique and overlapping transcriptional changes, notably, p53 pathway upregulation.

Chaotic transport of navigation satellites [PDF]

open access: yesChaos: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Nonlinear Science, 2019
Navigation satellites are known from numerical studies to reside in a dynamically sensitive environment, which may be of profound importance for their long-term sustainability. We derive the fundamental Hamiltonian of Global Navigation Satellite System dynamics and show analytically that near-circular trajectories lie in the neighborhood of a Normally ...

Space–Ground Joint Support Method in Autonomous Orbit Determination of BeiDou Satellites

open access: yesRemote Sensing
When relying exclusively on inter-satellite links for autonomous orbit determination, it cannot suppress or eliminate the constellation overall rotation, rendering it incapable of determining its spatial orientation relative to terrestrial and celestial ...
