MIniature STudent satellite (MIST) is a project at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm where students build a satellite. The satellite will be placed into orbit around the earth carrying six experiments. One of the experiments on-board the MIST satellite will need to send larger units of data than the radio on-board can send at a time.

Anticoagulant Rodenticides Contribute to a Decline in an Urban Carnivore
Anticoagulant rodenticides (ARs) have been shown to negatively affect carnivores globally and are closely tied to human activity and development. We examined drivers of annual survival in bobcats persisting on a residentially developed barrier island over 16 years.

The collective application of shorebird tracking data to conservation
Abstract Addressing urgent conservation issues, such as the drastic declines of North American migratory birds, requires creative, evidence‐based, efficient, and collaborative approaches. The abundance of over 50% of monitored North American shorebird populations has declined by over 50% since 1980. To address these declines, we developed a partnership

Modelling habitat preference and estimating the spatial distribution of Australian Sea Lions (Neophoca cinerea); "A first exploration " [PDF]
Managing the Australian sea lion (Neophoca cinerea) population and mitigating its interactions with commercial fisheries, requires an understanding of their spatial distribution and habitat preference at sea. Numerous wildlife telemetry devices have been
