Satellite to satellite tracking error analysis studies and data processing

open access: yes, 1975
An error analysis was conducted to examine the effects of placing the target satellite in an orbit nearly coplanar with the relay satellite and of data span length on the accuracy with which the satellite states can be recovered.

Unraveling the Molecular Mechanisms Underlying Spontaneous Multipolar Mitosis Through CIN‐seq

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Multipolar mitosis, a hallmark of chromosomal instability (CIN), drives tumor heterogeneity but is challenging to study in live cells. Using CIN‐seq, a single‐cell multiomics method, we profiled rare CIN events and identified mechanisms associated with viable multipolar mitosis, including PTEN attenuation, Rho GTPase‐driven cytokinesis failure, and ...

Targeting the PDK1/c‐Myc/SOX10 Signaling in Oligodendrocytes Alleviates Neuropathic Pain

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work reveals that oligodendrocyte homeostasis, mediated by PDK1, is a critical determinant of neuropathic pain (NPP) pathogenesis. Disruption of PDK1 in oligodendrocytes impairs SOX10‐dependent myelination programs through c‐Myc accumulation, leading to disrupted myelination and the pathophysiology of NPP.

Satellite-to-satellite tracking experiment for global gravity field mapping

open access: yes, 1989
The satellite-to-satellite (STS) tracking concept for estimating gravitational parameters offers an attractive means to improve on regional and global gravity models in areas where data availability is limited.

Tropomyosin 1 Promotes Platelet Adhesion and Clot Contraction Separate from Its Roles in Developmental Hematopoiesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Genome‐wide association studies (GWAS) link the Tropomyosin 1 (Tpm1) locus to quantitative blood trait variation, but related mechanisms are unclear. Tpm1 encodes an actin‐binding protein that regulates actin filament diversity, cell adhesion, signaling, and actomyosin contractility.

3D Chromatin Architecture Provides Insights Into Leaf Trait Variation Among Pear Species

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Three‐dimensional (3D) chromatin architecture plays a fundamental role in eukaryotic gene regulations, its functional significance in perennial fruit trees remains poorly characterized despite extensive applications in crop genomics. Here, we developed high‐resolution (∼5 kb) Hi‐C maps of Pyrus and compared 3D genomic architecture of three ...
