A‐site substitution in Nb2AlC with Fe yields Nb2FeC, a near room‐temperature ferromagnetic MAX phase. Synchrotron‐based spectroscopy and scanning transmission X‐ray microscopy (STXM) with X‐ray magnetic circular dichroism reveal intrinsic bulk ferromagnetism confined to Fe layers, with weak interlayer coupling across Nb2C layer.

Localized laser annealing transforms distorted, edge‐pinned domain‐wall motion in ferrimagnetic Pt/GdFe nanowires into straight, stable, and ultrafast propagation. Experiments and micromagnetic simulations reveal an optimum anisotropy‐engineering window in which moderate edge softening suppresses pinning, whereas excessive anisotropy reduction or ...

ABSTRACT Chirally coupled magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) have been proposed as a route toward compact spin logic architectures. Micromagnetic simulations indeed show that chiral coupling between adjacent MTJs with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) can be achieved through an in‐plane (IP) interconnection mediated by the Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya ...

Probing of Single‐Interface Dzyaloshinskii‐Moriya Interaction
Conventional measurements of the interfacial Dzyaloshinskii‐Moriya interaction (DMI) combine contributions from multiple interfaces, obscuring the intrinsic response of each interface. Here, we introduce a novel approach for directly probing single‐interface DMI by performing film growth and characterization entirely under vacuum. This approach reveals

Flexomagnetic Effect in Wrinkled SrRuO3 Thin Films
The strain‐gradient‐driven flexoelectric polarization can modify the magnetic moment of a magnetic film. In this work, SrRuO3 is grown epitaxially on a water‐soluble sacrificial layer Sr3Al2O6, thereby enabling the formation of wrinkled structures. The so‐called flexomagnetic effect is then observed in a wrinkled SrRuO3 film.
