The Construct Validity of a Scale of Acquiescence
British Journal of Social and Clinical Psychology, 1966Three independent measures of acquiescence response set, Cattell's 16 PF and the Couch and Keniston short acquiescence scale, OAS(s), were administered to 263 United States airmen. All variables except the OAS(s) were intercorrelated and factored. Estimated correlations were obtained between the factors and the OAS(s) total score and items.
