A comprehensive genomic and proteomic analysis of cervical cancer revealed STK11 and STX3 as a potential biomarkers of chemoradiation resistance. Our study demonstrated EGFR as a therapeutic target, paving the way for precision strategies to overcome treatment failure and the DNA repair pathway as a critical mechanism of resistance.

Application of an RBF blending interpolation method to problems with shocks
Radial basis functions (RBF) have become an area of research in recent years, especially in the use of solving partial differential equations (PDE). Radial basis functions have an impressive capability in interpolating scattered data, even for data with

Error bound for radial basis interpolation in terms of a growth function [PDF]
We suggest an improvement of Wu-Schaback local error bound for radial basis interpolation by using a polynomial growth function. The new bound is valid without any assumptions about the density of the interpolation centers.

The Penalized Lebesgue Constant for Surface Spline Interpolation
Problems involving approximation from scattered data where data is arranged quasi-uniformly have been treated by RBF methods for decades. Treating data with spatially varying density has not been investigated with the same intensity, and is far less well

Wavelet transform in scattering data interpolation
A fast algorithm for scattering data interpolation is presented. Based on the multiresolution wavelet transform, a preconditioning scheme is proposed to expedite the slow computation speed in the interpolation problem. By applying the wavelet transform before and after any conventional iterative solving method, fast data interpolation can be easily ...

Positive definite multi-kernels for scattered data interpolations
In this article, we use the knowledge of positive definite tensors to develop a concept of positive definite multi-kernels to construct the kernel-based interpolants of scattered data. By the techniques of reproducing kernel Banach spaces, the optimal recoveries and error analysis of the kernel-based interpolants are shown for a special class of ...

This study integrates transcriptomic profiling of matched tumor and healthy tissues from 32 colorectal cancer patients with functional validation in patient‐derived organoids, revealing dysregulated metabolic programs driven by overexpressed xCT (SLC7A11) and SLC3A2, identifying an oncogenic cystine/glutamate transporter signature linked to ...

A kind of even order Bernoulli-type operator with bivariate Shepard
It is known that an efficient method for interpolation of very large scattered data sets is the method of Shepard. Unfortunately, it reproduces only the constants.

The error between appropriately smooth functions and their radial basis function interpolants, as the interpolation points fill out a bounded domain in R^d, is a well studied artifact. In all of these cases, the analysis takes place in a natural function

Range restricted positivity-preserving scattered data interpolation [PDF]
The construction of a range restricted bivariate C1 ( or G1 ) interpolant to scattered data is considered in which the interpolant is positive everywhere if the original data are positive. This study is motivated by earlier work in which sufficient conditions are derived on Bézier points in order to ensure that surfaces comprising cubic Bézier ...
