Fast Back-Projection for Non-Line of Sight Reconstruction [PDF]
Recent works have demonstrated non-line of sight (NLOS) reconstruction by using the time-resolved signal frommultiply scattered light. These works combine ultrafast imaging systems with computation, which back-projects the recorded space-time signal to ...

Fan-Gottesman Compactification and Scattered Spaces
Abstract Compactification is the process or result of making a topological space into a compact space. An embedding of a topological space X as a dense subset of a compact space is called a compactification of X. There are a lot of compactification methods but we study with Fan- Gottesman compactification.

Some results and examples concerning Whyburn spaces
We prove some cardinal inequalities valid in the classes of Whyburn and hereditarily weakly Whyburn spaces and we construct examples of non-Whyburn and non-weakly Whyburn spaces to illustrate that some previously known results cannot be generalized.

Correction to: Some results and examples concerning Whyburn spaces
We correct the proof of Theorem 2.9 of the paper mentioned in the title (published in Applied General Topology, 13 No.1 (2012), 11-19).

AN ADAPTIVE ORGANIZATION METHOD OF GEOVIDEO DATA FOR SPATIO-TEMPORAL ASSOCIATION ANALYSIS [PDF]
Public security incidents have been increasingly challenging to address with their new features, including large-scale mobility, multi-stage dynamic evolution, spatio-temporal concurrency and uncertainty in the complex urban environment, which require ...

We prove that a separable Hausdor_ topological space X containing a cocountable subset homeomorphic to [0, ω1] admits no separately continuous mean operation and no diagonally continuous n-mean for n ≥ 2.

The optical phase conjugation (OPC) phenomenon of light multiply scattered through a macroscopic scattering medium is simulated using the pseudospectral time-domain (PSTD) technique.

We propose to make use of quantum entanglement for extracting holographic information about a remote 3-D object in a confined space which light enters, but from which it cannot escape.

Correlation of Intensity Fluctuations for Scattering of a Partially Coherent Plane-Wave Pulse
We derived analytical expressions for the correlation of intensity fluctuations of a partially coherent Gaussian Schell-model plane-wave pulse scattered by deterministic and random media.

Discovery of an extended debris disk around the F2V star HD 15745 [PDF]
Using the Advanced Camera for Surveys aboard the Hubble Space Telescope, we have discovered dust-scattered light from the debris disk surrounding the F2V star HD 15745. The circumstellar disk is detected between 2.0" and 7.5" radius, corresponding to 128
