Single‐layer magnetization switching with a small critical current density of ≈106 A cm−2 is demonstrated. The strong intrinsic spin Hall effect, causing the switching, is induced by the synergy of the inherent spin‐orbit coupling and the spontaneous oxygen octahedral rotation in SrRuO3.The findings highlight the immense potential for realizing ...

Simple calculation of the Coulomb-nuclear corrections in $pp$ and $\bar{p} p$ scattering [PDF]
We present a very simple method for calculating the mixed Coulomb-nuclear effects in the $pp$ and $\bar{p}p$ scattering amplitudes, and illustrate the method using simple models frequently used to describe their differential cross sections at small momentum transfers.

Spray‐Assisted Fabrication of Cellulose Photonic Pigments on Superhydrophobic Surfaces
A method to directly produce structurally colored microparticles by drying cholesteric cellulose nanocrystal microdroplets on a superhydrophobic surface is reported. This approach has several key advantages that can unlock large‐scale fabrication of sustainable photonic pigments, including exploiting existing industrial techniques (e.g. aerosolization),

Iodine‐Doped Sodium Vanadate Cathode for Improved Zn Ion Diffusion Kinetics
An iodine‐doping strategy is developed to modify the Na2V6O16·3H2O cathode for aqueous zinc‐ion batteries, effectively reducing the electrostatic interaction between zinc ions and the host structure. This modification enables faster diffusion and higher storage capacity of zinc ions. Abstract The electrostatic interaction between zinc ions and the host
