Targeting Antigen‐Presenting Cells to Enhance the Tumor‐Spleen Immunity Cycle through Liposome‐Neoantigen Vaccine

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
LNPsD18, a cationic liposome that enhances antigen‐presenting cell uptake in the spleen and tumor without targeting ligands is developed. Co‐delivering neoantigens and a TLR9 agonist significantly improve DC activation, tumor immunity, and survival in liver and colorectal cancer models, demonstrating the importance of dual‐site APC targeting for cancer

A Copper‐Based Photothermal‐Responsive Nanoplatform Reprograms Tumor Immunogenicity via Self‐Amplified Cuproptosis for Synergistic Cancer Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study introduces cuproptosis nanoplatform, a novel nanoplatform using Cu2−XS hollow nanospheres, elesclomol, and lauric acid (LA) for self‐amplified cuproptosis. NIR‐II laser activation melts LA, releasing copper ions and elesclomol to enhance copper delivery within tumor cells, reduce glutathione's inhibitory effect, and trigger immunogenic cell ...

Injectable and Sprayable Thermoresponsive Hydrogel with Fouling‐Resistance as an Effective Barrier to Prevent Postoperative Cardiac Adhesions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Postoperative cardiac adhesions lead to numerous difficulties in reoperation procedures. Here, a thermo‐responsive in situ formed hydrogel is shown to can reliably cover the wounds after a convenient spraying or injection and significantly reduce adhesion formation in primary and recurrent cardiac injury adhesion models.

Elasticity‐Driven Nanomechanical Interaction to Improve the Targeting Ability of Lipid Nanoparticles in the Malignant Tumor Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The elasticity of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) is essential to their tumor‐targeting efficacy. Softer LNPs penetrate tumors faster and more easily enter into softer cancer cells, while stiffer LNPs show prolonged retention in stiffer tumors. The presence of protumoral M2 macrophages enhances the LNPs uptake into stiffer cancer cells, facilitating ...

Low‐Coordination Configuration Single‐Atom Manganese Nanozymes for NIR‐Imaging‐Oriented Efficient Catalytic Oncotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The manuscript designs a type of SA Mn‐CDs with low coordination Mn‐N2 configuration hydrothermally synthesized by chelating manganese atoms with ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid. SA Mn‐CDs not only have more active sites at the atomic level for high efficiently peroxidase‐like activity but also show excellent fluorescent ability at the cellular and ...
