Oil classification research by a hyperspectral Scheimpflug lidar system

open access: closed2018 Asia Communications and Photonics Conference (ACP), 2018
A Scheimpflug lidar system is built for remotely detecting the hyperspectrum of oil. Eight samples are perfectly distinguished using KNN and SVM algorithms.

Particle Emission Source Tracking by a Scanning Scheimpflug Lidar System

open access: closedConference on Lasers and Electro-Optics, 2017
A scanning Scheimpflug lidar system is developed for real time monitoring of particle emission sources. Field campaigns were performed by scanning the near-ground atmosphere of the urban area in a haze weather condition.

Applications of the Scheimpflug Lidar Technique in Atmospheric Remote Sensing

2019 PhotonIcs & Electromagnetics Research Symposium - Spring (PIERS-Spring), 2019
Atmospheric lidar techniques, featuring high spatiotemporal resolution, and high sensitivity, have been widely used for atmospheric aerosol, trace gases, temperature and wind speed measurements since decades. The Scheimpflug lidar technique, based on the Scheimpflug imaging principle, has been recently developed for atmospheric remote sensing.

2D-Velocimetry on Flying Insects with Superior Axial Resolution Using a Dual-Baseline Scheimpflug Lidar System

Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics
A dual-baseline hyperspectral Scheimpflug lidar system has been established at Texas A&M University to measure the flight patterns of flying insects of interest. The dual-baseline design provides a superior axial resolution. © 2023 The Author(s)
