Unraveling schizophrenia replicable functional connectivity disruption patterns across sites

This study reported that ComBat harmonization was most robust in detecting aberrant connectivity while controlling for the false discoveries for schizophrenia. Besides, the identified three subnet‐specific composite functional connectivity measures might be considered replicable neuroimaging markers for schizophrenia.
