AbstractA nursery school with a skip floor design is situated at the top of a fluvial terrace. This building comprises 4‐tiered floors that reflect the terraced landform characteristic of Iida City. Each grade has a triplet‐type classroom with an environment and role that is highly individuated by the arrangement of various textures of materials.
