Solving the vibrational Schrödinger equation with artificial neural networks

open access: yes
Artificial neural networks (NN) are universal function approximators and have shown great ability in computing the ground state energy of the electronic Schrödinger equation, yet NN has not established itself as a practical and accurate approach to solve

Note On The Schrödinger Equation

open access: yes, 2012
A second-order formalism leading to an equation describing the same dynamics as the Schrödinger one is developed under some compatible initial ...

Targeting WDR12 Unleashes T‐Cell‐Mediated Antitumor Activity in Melanoma by Destabilizing CD276

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
WDR12 cooperates with the chaperonin subunit CCT7 to maintain CD276 stability on tumor cells, suppressing T‐cell activity and promoting immune escape. SU14813, a small‐molecule WDR12 inhibitor, reduces CD276 stability and relieves CD276‐mediated T‐cell suppression.

Biquaternionic Description of the Schrödinger Equation

open access: yes, 2012
This paper begins with the introduction of biquaternion algebra and its properties in compact, profound and comprehensible approach. The Schrödinger equation including both the scalar Aharonov-Bohm(sAB) and Aharonov-Casher(AC) effects, that are currently

The KIF6‐RBP Complex Orchestrates mRNA Transport Required for Sperm Flagellar Assembly

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Two homozygous deleterious KIF6 variants are identified in unrelated men with impaired sperm motility. Mouse models and multi‐omics analyses reveal that KIF6 cooperates with the RNA‐binding proteins FMRP and FXR1 to deliver mRNAs essential for sperm flagellar assembly, linking disrupted mRNA transport to reduced abundance of key structural and ...

A Nonlinear Schrödinger Equation Resonating at an Essential Spectrum

open access: yesAdvances in Mathematical Physics, 2016
We consider the nonlinear Schrödinger equation -Δu+f(u)=V(x)u  in  RN. The potential function V satisfies that the essential spectrum of the Schrödinger operator -Δ-V is [0,+∞) and this Schrödinger operator has infinitely many negative eigenvalues ...

Slc44a2 Deficiency Unveils an IFN‐I–Dependent Feedback Control of pDC Egress

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Working model of SLC44A2‐mediated maintenance of pDC homeostasis. This model illustrates two central mechanisms by which SLC44A2 regulates pDC homeostasis: (1) SLC44A2 limits IFN‐I production by exporting amino acids (T, N, Q), thereby preventing spontaneous pDC activation.

TIME FRACTIONAL SCHRÖDINGER EQUATION

open access: yes, 2018
We propose a time fractional extension of the Schrödinger equation that keeps the main mechanical and quantum properties of the classical Schrödinger equation.

Updatable Closed‐Form Evaluation of Arbitrarily Complex Multiport Network Connections

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The inverse design of electrically large wave devices often uses reduced‐order multiport models with discrete optimization, requiring many evaluations of complex interconnections between subsystems that differ only in a few blocks. This paper introduces a closed‐form framework enabling efficient Woodbury low‐rank updates of related, previous ...
