We consider special elliptic operators in functional spaces on manifolds with a boundary which has some singular points. Such an operator can be represented by a sum of operators, and for a Fredholm property of an initial operator one needs a Fredholm property for an each operator from this sum.

Electrical Conductivities and Low Frequency Opacities in the Warm Dense Matter Regime
ABSTRACT In this article, we examine different approaches for calculating low frequency opacities in the warm dense matter regime. The relevance of the average‐atom approximation and of different models for calculating opacities, such as the Ziman or Ziman–Evans models is discussed and the results compared to ab initio simulations.

Evaluating crystal structure packings using coordinate root‐mean‐square deviation (RMSD) for N molecules (or N asymmetric units) in a reproducible manner requires metrics to describe the shape of the compared molecular clusters to account for alternative approaches used to prioritize selection of molecules.

Weighted Estimates for Bilinear Operators
We study the boundedness of weighted multilinear operators given by products of finite vectors of Calderón-Zygmund operators. We also investigate weighted estimates for bilinear operators related to Schrödinger operator.

A clustering approach based on quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) and the sector search model is proposed for a new distribution system; it enhances the stability of the power system and reduces the control dimension, improving overall system efficiency.

Operator of Time and Generalized Schrödinger Equation
The equation describing the change of the state of the quantum system with respect to energy is introduced within the framework of the self-adjoint operator of time in nonrelativistic quantum mechanics.

On the Spectra of One-Dimensional Schrödinger Operators With Singular Potentials
The paper is devoted to the spectral properties of one-dimensional Schrödinger operators (1)Squ(x)=(-d2dx2+q(x))u(x), x∈ℝ, with potentials q = q0+qs, where q0∈L∞(ℝ) is a regular potential, and qs∈D′(ℝ) is a singular potential with support on a ...

Multilinear integral operators and mean oscillation [PDF]
In this paper, the boundedness properties for some multilinear operators related to certain integral operators from Lebesgue spaces to Orlicz spaces are obtained. The operators include Calder\'on--Zygmund singular integral operator, fractional integral operator, Littlewood--Paley operator and Marcinkiewicz operator.
