FMint: Bridging Human Designed and Data Pretrained Models for Differential Equation Foundation Model for Dynamical Simulation

open access: yesAdvanced Theory and Simulations, EarlyView.
FMint is introduced as a multi‐modal foundation model that integrates human‐designed solvers and data‐driven methods for fast, accurate simulation of dynamical systems. FMint leverages in‐context learning within a transformer‐based framework to refine coarse numerical solutions.

Modulated Harmonic Wave in Series‐Connected Discrete Josephson Transmission Line: The Discrete Calculus Approach

open access: yesphysica status solidi (b), Volume 260, Issue 1, January 2023., 2023
The modulated harmonic wave in the discrete series‐connected Josephson transmission line (JTL) is considered and the equation describing the modulation amplitude is obtained. The equation turns out to be the defocusing nonlinear Schrödinger equation. The most interesting result following the calculations is the existence of the dark solitons in the JTL.

Minimal thinness with respect to the Schrödinger operator and its applications on singular Schrödinger-type boundary value problems

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems, 2019
The application of the new criteria for minimally thin sets with respect to the Schrödinger operator to an approximate solution of singular Schrödinger-type boundary value problems are discussed in this study.

Representation of Schrödinger operator of a free particle via short-time Fourier transform and its applications

open access: yes, 2012
. We propose a new representation of the Schrödinger operator of a free par- ticle by using the short-time Fourier transform and give its applications.

Bilirubin Targeting WNK1 to Alleviate NLRP3‐Mediated Neuroinflammation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
At physiological concentrations, bilirubin binds to the kinase domain of WNK1, thereby augmenting its activity and facilitating the phosphorylation of downstream SPAK/OSR1. This phosphorylation inhibits KCC2 activity, leading to elevate intracellular chloride levels in neurons.

Pointwise convergence of sequential Schrödinger means

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2023
We study pointwise convergence of the fractional Schrödinger means along sequences t n $t_{n}$ that converge to zero. Our main result is that bounds on the maximal function sup n | e i t n ( − Δ ) α / 2 f | $\sup_{n} |e^{it_{n}(-\Delta )^{\alpha /2}} f| $

DiffMC‐Gen: A Dual Denoising Diffusion Model for Multi‐Conditional Molecular Generation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
DiffMC‐Gen, a dual‐diffusion model for 2D and 3D molecular generation, simultaneously optimizes multiple key objectives across the drug design process, enabling the generation of novel, target‐specific small‐molecule ligands with high therapeutic potential.

On a Class of Schrödinger System Problem in Orlicz–Sobolev Spaces

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2022
Using the mountain pass theorem, we obtain the existence of a nontrivial and nonnegative weak solution of a quasi-linear Schrödinger system driven by the ω⋅-Laplacian operator in Orlicz–Sobolev spaces.

Grand Fujii-Fujii-Nakamoto operator inequality dealing with operator order and operator chaotic order [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2017
In this paper, we shall prove that a grand Fujii-Fujii-Nakamoto operator inequality implies operator order and operator chaotic order under different conditions.
