Identification of a New Interesting BAG3 Modulator Able to Disrupt Cancer‐Related Pathways
Compound 2, identified through in‐house screening and derived from SP18, exhibits high affinity for BAG3, as demonstrated by Surface Plasmon Resonance and docking studies. It induces a dose‐dependent proapoptotic response in HeLa cells, evidenced by increased Annexin V/PI staining, underscoring the triazole scaffold as a promising platform for BAG3 ...

Energy Landscapes in Chemical Reactions and Transport
Kinetics/dynamics of chemical reactivity and transport of chemical species in a solid are both determined by the energy landscape in which they take place. Discussing common grounds but also distinct differences may help in advancing the understanding in both fields.

STIP1 drives Metabolic Reprogramming in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma via AHCY‐LDHA Axis
A schematic model illustrating that LCA can inhibit ESCC growth by inhibiting the STIP1/AHCY/LDHA axis. In brief. Jin et al. demonstrated that targeting STIP1 can significantly inhibit the progression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The high expression of STIP1 increased the interaction between AHCY and LDHA and then AHCY recruits PRMT3 to ...

Agents and Responsibility Under the Many Worlds Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics [PDF]
Bachelors Honours Thesis: Much philosophical thought has been given to the subject of personal identity. However, almost all of the discourse on personal identity seems to assume the Copenhagen Interpretation of ...

Abstract BACKGROUND Over the past two decades, the global incidence of gout has markedly increased, affecting people worldwide. Considering the side effects of xanthine oxidase (XO) inhibitor drugs (e.g. allopurinol and febuxostat) used in the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout, the potential application of phytochemicals has been widely studied.

Metal‐Free Multicomponent Upcycling of Polybutadiene to Sulfonamide‐Functionalized Materials
A catalyst‐free, one‐pot strategy enables the direct transformation of liquid polybutadiene into multifunctional materials through selective backbone editing and sulfonamide grafting. The resulting polymers exhibit tunable thermal and surface properties, as well as previously undocumented non‐conventional luminescence, expanding the functional ...

Photon-assisted Landau-Zener transitions in driven few-level systems [PDF]
I denne avhandlinga utforskar me Landau-Zener overgangar i drivne få-nivå system. Me behandlar drivingsfeltet både semi-klassisk (som ein tidsavhengig parameter i Hamilton operatoren) og heilt kvantemekanisk (som eit fotonfelt).

A dexamethasone‐loaded transfersome‐based hydrogel was developed for sustained intra‐articular delivery in osteoarthritis. The system showed nanoscale particles size, high drug loading capacity, and shear‐thinning behavior. It enabled smooth injection, self‐healing, and prolonged drug release for up to 6 weeks.

Addressing regions competitiveness is relatively new in literature. The main cause of increasing interest for this concept is the development of the European Union put in a position to integrate, countries with different levels of development, formed themselves from regions heterogeneous in terms of economic efficiency.
