Introduction In this study, we use a newly proposed method based on the software structure of the maple, called the Khaters method, and will be introducing exponential, hyperbolic, and trigonometric solutions for one of the Schrödinger equations, called ...

We derive the functional Schrödinger equation for quantum fields in curved spacetime in the semiclassical limit of quantum geometrodynamics with a Gaussian incoherent dust acting as a clock field.

Osteosarcoma stemness is driven by the ITGB2‐COPS3‐SOX2 signaling axis. This study reveals that nuclear COPS3 stabilizes SOX2, which in turn undergoes liquid‐liquid phase separation to promote stemness. Based on this mechanism, a novel COPS3 inhibitor, Z‐5891, was developed, effectively suppressing tumor growth and stemness in vivo, offering a ...

Hepatocyte BDNF Acts as a Novel Immune Checkpoint to Restrain TLR4‐Mediated Acute Hepatitis
This study identifies hepatocyte‐derived BDNF as an endogenous TLR4 antagonist that alleviates acute hepatitis. BDNF is downregulated in hepatocytes via REST‐mediated transcriptional repression during ALI/ALF. Mechanistically, BDNF binds to TLR4 on macrophages to suppress inflammation.

The Schrödinger–Newton equation and its foundations
The necessity of quantising the gravitational field is still subject to an open debate. In this paper we compare the approach of quantum gravity, with that of a fundamentally semi-classical theory of gravity, in the weak-field non-relativistic limit.

The intrinsic and dynamic kinetic energies and the potential energies of electron states in the hydrogen atom were determined using the operator formalism in Schrödinger’s nonrelativistic equation. Intrinsic energies were determined using the momentum operator, while for ℓ ≠ 0, the additional dynamic energies of the spinning fields were determined ...

Superradiance and Broadband Emission Driving Fast Electron Dephasing in Open Quantum Systems
We uncover the physical origin of ultrafast electron dephasing in solid‐state high‐harmonic generation by simulating the Lindblad equation for the dissipative Hubbard model. Coexistence of Dicke superradiance and broadband emission is revealed, whose destructive interference shortens the effective scattering time and provides a unified picture of ...

Discovery of a Potent Fluorescence Polarization Probe for Identifying USP1 Allosteric Inhibitors
This study presents the first ubiquitin‐specific protease 1 (USP1) allosteric fluoroprobe and fluorescence polarization assay, enabling the differentiation of allosteric and catalytic site inhibitors. Further, a novel class of tetrahydroisoquinoline‐based USP1 inhibitors is designed, with compound 14a (USP1 IC50 = 29.9 nM) showing strong selectivity ...

TarPass provides a rigorous benchmark for target‐aware de novo molecular generation by jointly evaluating protein‐ligand interactions, molecular plausibility, and drug‐likeness on 18 well‐studied targets. Results show that current models often fail to consistently surpass random baseline in target‐specific enrichment, while post hoc multi‐tier virtual ...
