I Read with interest and sympathy the Editorial “Warming U.S.-Russia relations” (C. A. Campbell, 20 June, p. [1323][1]). I agree about the importance of science diplomacy, an endeavor to which I devoted over 40 years of my career in both the public and nonprofit sectors, specifically in the Soviet and post-Soviet space.
