Scintigraphy in pheochromocytoma
Klinische Wochenschrift, 1982In four patients with pheochromocytoma, scintigraphy with 131I-meta-iodobenzylguanidine was performed to localize hyperfunctioning adrenergic tissue. In three patients unilateral adrenal pheochromocytoma was found, whereas one patient with a malignant pheochromocytoma showed multilocular dissemination.

Journal of Thoracic Imaging, 1993Four patients with infectious costochondritis were studied with computed tomography (CT) and bone scintigraphy. In all four patients the bone scan detected and accurately localized the sites of involvement. CT did not image bilateral involvement in one patient.
