Fast scintillation counter system and performance [PDF]
An experimental study of the fast scintillation counter (FS) system to observe a shower disk structure at Mt. Norikura is described, especially the system performance and a pulse wave-form by a single charge particles. The photomultiplier tube (PT) pulse

Ultra‐High‐Capacity of Earth‐Abundant Cathodes Enabled by Excess Fluoride‐Ion Insertion/Extraction
A perovskite oxyfluoride SrFeO2Fx can accomodate excess F– beyond x = 1 in the structure with oxygen redox (O–O bond formation). The Sr‐substituted CaFeO2Fx (Ca0.8Sr0.2FeO2Fx) provides an extremely large capacity of 580 mAh g−1 (2595 mAh cm−3). This research will provide new design principles for the development of all‐solid‐state fluoride‐ion battery ...

Toward Rapid Analysis of Unsaturated Fatty Acid Oxidation in Edible Oils via Square‐Wave Voltammetry
ABSTRACT Square‐wave voltammetry (SWV) was investigated as a potential analytical tool for quantitation of unsaturated fatty acid oxidation in edible oils exposed to high heat. A traditional linear regression calibration curve and a novel single‐point calibration method were used to quantitate linoleic acid in oxidized oil samples.
