Oesophageal Epithelial Cell‐Intrinsic MHCII Regulates Food Antigen‐Dependent Eosinophilic Esophagitis in an IFNγ‐Dependent Manner

We found that oesophageal epithelial cells upregulate MHCII expression during active EoE in humans and a mouse model. MHCII expression by EECs was governed by IFNγ‐inducible transcriptional elements. EEC‐intrinsic MHCII promoted regulatory T cell accumulation and attenuated eosinophilic oesophageal inflammation.

Abstract A field experiment evaluated the transport of organic contaminants in a plume from hazardous waste disposal areas at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. The plume contained many xenobiotic contaminants, with widely varying expected mobilities.

A novel approach to target skin photodamage: Topical application of salt inducible kinase inhibitors

UV‐induced photodamage leads to increased DNA damage and elevated MMP levels, which degrade collagen and contribute to wrinkle formation.
