Simultaneous testing of viability and resistance to iprodione in Sclerotium cepivorum
Transactions of the British Mycological Society, 1984To test sclerotia of Sclerotium cepivorum simultaneously for viability and iprodione resistance sclerotia are halved under aseptic conditions. One half is plated on malt extract agar, the other on malt extract agar + 5 p.p.m. iprodione. No resistant isolate has been obtained from the field.
