The complete mitochondrial genome of Scolopax rusticola (Charadriiformes: Scolopacidae)

Mitochondrial DNA Part A, 2014
In this paper, we report the complete mitochondrial genome of Scolopax rusticola (Charadriiformes: Scolopacidae), which is a circular DNA with 16,984 bp in length and contains 13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNAs, 22 transfer RNAs, and a control region.

The complete mitochondrial genome of Eurynorhynchus pygmeus (Charadriiformes: Scolopacidae)

Mitochondrial DNA Part A, 2015
The complete mitochondrial DNA genome of spoon-billed sandpiper Eurynorhynchus pygmeus was determined by using the polymerase chain reaction method and the phylogenetic tree including 15 species of Charadriiformes were reconstructed to validate our samples in this study.

The complete mitochondrial genome of Numenius phaeopus (Charadriiformes, Scolopacidae)

Mitochondrial DNA Part A, 2015
The complete sequence of the mitochondrial DNA genome of Numenius phaeopus was determined using the polymerase chain reaction method. The whole genome (17,091 bp in length) contained 37 genes (13 protein-coding genes [PCGs], 2 rRNA genes and 22 tRNA genes) and a control region (D-loop), which was similar to the typical mtDNA of vertebrates.
