SD‐OCT and Adaptive Optics Imaging of Outer Retinal Tubulation
ABSTRACT Purpose To investigate outer retinal tubulation (ORT) using spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD‐OCT) and an adaptive optics scanning laser ophthalmoscope (AOSLO). To document the frequency of ORT in atrophic retinal conditions and quantify ORT dimensions versus adjacent ...

Radiation‐induced hypothyroidism follows head and neck radiotherapy due to oxidative stress and inflammation. Electrospun polycaprolactone scaffolds containing adenosine have potential to modulate thyroid repair. Scaffolds enhance thyrocyte proliferation, antioxidant enzymes glutathione peroxidase and catalase, reduce senescence and apoptosis markers ...

We measure the cell‐specific responses of administering infusible ECM (iECM) in acute myocardial infarction (MI) across multiple timepoints. Using single‐nucleus RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, we measure macrophage activation, fibroblast remodeling, increased vascular development, lymphangiogenesis, cardioprotection, and neurogenesis ...

Comparative performance of line-scanning SD-OCT versus free-space and fiber-based flying-spot SD-OCT
Line-scanning spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (LS-SD-OCT) is an alternative OCT configuration that enables parallel illumination and detection along the fast scanning axis, thereby eliminating the need for mechanical scanning in that direction. This feature makes LS-SD-OCT particularly suitable for high-throughput imaging applications.

Retinal optical coherence tomography manifestations of intraocular lymphoma [PDF]
PURPOSE: Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is a rare disease. The index report describes a patient with intraocular lymphoma secondary to recurrent PCNSL and corresponding retinal findings on spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-

Wound closure is governed by geometry‐orientation coupling: aligned fibers speed migration along their axis but hinder perpendicular advance. In vivo diabetic wound experiments with composition‐matched fibrin, combined with an anisotropic diffusion (biased random‐walk) model, quantify this trade‐off and generate a healing landscape.
