Health Care Science, EarlyView.This study analyzes ischemic stroke (IS) burden in China and other G20 countries (1990–2021) using Global Burden of Disease 2021 data. China exhibited rising age‐standardized incidence rates (ASIR: +12.6%) and delayed mortality decline, contrasting with G20 reductions (ASIR: −9.3%; sustained ASMR fall).
