Damage Characteristics and Stress Distribution Law of Overburden Rock in Multiple Mining of Close Coal Seams

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, EarlyView.
This study on close coal seams shows that multi‐seam mining increases the height of the fractured zone from approximately 26 m (single upper‐seam mining) to about 49 m. When the lower seam is mined after the extraction of the upper seam, the heights of both the caved zone and the fractured zone increase by approximately two times.

Fracture Development Mechanism of Water‐Isolating Soil Layers During Downward Mining of Shallow‐Buried Coal Seam Groups

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, EarlyView.
This study systematically investigates the fracture development mechanisms of water‐isolating soil layers under the coupled effects of repeated mining and groundwater seepage during the downward mining of shallow‐buried coal seams. The findings provide a theoretical basis for evaluating stratum stability and preventing roof water inrush.

A Practical Study on the Valuation of the Right to Use the Sea Area for Marine Sand Mining Under Two Rights in One

open access: yesHaiyang Kaifa yu guanli
By exploring the application of income method in the assessment of the price of the right to use the sea area for marine sand mining, this paper puts forward solutions to the problems such as the inconsistent calculation of the restoration interest rate ...

Geochemistry and Geochronology of Magmatic Rocks in Southwestern and Northeastern Cambodia: Implications for the Tectonic Evolution and Metallogenesis of the Loei Fold Belt

open access: yesGeological Journal, EarlyView.
The composition of intrusive rocks suggests that the magma was likely generated in a subduction‐related setting. The arc crustal thickness in the Phnom Sro Ngam and Halo Prospects was probably < 40 km during emplacement. Zircon U–Pb age range indicates a correlation with Loei Fold Belt magmatic activity.

Miocene to Quaternary Tectonostratigraphic Evolution of the Northern Section of the Burdur‐Fethiye Shear Zone, South‐Western Türkiye

open access: yesGeological Journal, EarlyView.
New zircon ages reveal that lacustrine sedimentation initiated in the Late Miocene (Messinian), revising earlier Pliocene age assignments. The study results support the interpretation of the northern BFSZ as a broad left‐lateral transtensional shear zone rather than a discrete sinistral fault or simple extensional graben array.

The Digital Visibility‐Belonging Paradox: Digital Cohesion and Control in Contemporary Organizational Management

open access: yesHuman Resource Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Digital visibility has become a central organizing condition in digitally mediated work, reshaping how employees are recognized, evaluated, and connected. In this conceptual paper, we theorize digital visibility as a sociomaterial HRM condition that simultaneously enables recognition and generates performative pressures. Anchored in relational
