Noise calculation and analysis of a search coil magnetometer
2010 International Conference on Computer Application and System Modeling (ICCASM 2010), 2010For expertise on detecting very weak signal, search coil magnetometer is widely used in Magnetotellurics (MT). Unfortunately, noise is a primary factor affecting the sensitivity. In this work, noise model of the magnetometer is presented based on measured parameters, where transfer function affected by core eddy current loss is considered.

Search-coil head-thrust and caloric tests in Ménière's disease
Acta Oto-Laryngologica, 2005Our findings suggest that canal function is substantially preserved in subjects with active vertigo attacks as a result of Ménière's disease (MD). In these subjects, the head-thrust test (HTT) may not be as sensitive to canal dysfunction as traditional caloric testing.
