Respiratory Medicine, 1990Therapeutic approaches to seasonal allergic rhinitis are reviewed in this paper. Pharmacotherapeutic approaches include nonsedative antihistamines, anti-allergic drugs, vasoconstrictors, anticholinergic agents and topical corticosteroids. The choice of treatment depends upon its relative efficacy and safety.
