Early Detection of Lower Adherence to Long‐Term e‐Diary Recording: A Checkpoint to Target Early Educational Intervention in Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis?
Clinical &Experimental Allergy, EarlyView.Adherence to e‐Diary reporting was investigated in a blended care setting among pollen allergic patients with heterogeneous cultural backgrounds. A stable ‘higher’ and a more variable ‘lower’ adherence cluster were identified. Early identification of lower adherence is possible and might inform early interventions to improve patient adherence. Clinical &Experimental Allergy, EarlyView.Volunteers stayed 3 h indoors and followed 1 h outdoors in a flowering meadow. Nasal mycobiome was analysed and aeroallergen content measured in nasal filters. Airborne fungal spores were quantified and fungal isolates were sequenced. Isolated fungal spores were used for stimulation of nasal epithelial cells.Annika Eggestein, Denise Rauer, Selina M. International Journal of Dermatology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Background
Elderly patients with moderate‐to‐severe atopic dermatitis (AD) often exhibit more heterogeneous inflammatory profiles compared with younger adults. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of stapokibart, an anti‐interleukin‐4 receptor α subunit (IL‐4Rα) monoclonal antibody, in different age subgroups.Yan Zhao, Litao Zhang, Liming Wu, Bin Yang, Jinyan Wang, Yumei Li, Qingchun Diao, Jingyi Li, Qing Sun, Xiaohong Zhu, Xiaoyong Man, Lihua Wang, Yanyan Feng, Tao Cai, Huiming Zeng, Linfeng Li, Jianyun Lu, Hong Ren, Fuqiu Li, Qianjin Lu, Xiaohua Tao, Rong Xiao, Chao Ji, Jing Sun, Yanping Qiu, Bo Chen, Jianzhong Zhang +26 morewiley +1 more sourceIncidence, Risk Factors, and Management of Conjunctivitis in Atopic Dermatitis Patients Treated With Dupilumab or Tralokinumab: Results From a Multicenter, Observational, Retrospective Study
International Journal of Dermatology, Volume 65, Issue 2, Page 299-306, February 2026.ABSTRACT Background
Conjunctivitis is among the most frequent adverse events (AEs) emerged in clinical trials for all biologic drugs approved for atopic dermatitis (AD). However, real‐world comparative data on the incidence, risk factors, and management of conjunctivitis remain limited.Luca Potestio, Cataldo Patruno, Marika Del Gaudio, Michela Ortoncelli, Simone Ribero, Francesca Barei, Silvia Mariel Ferrucci, Laura Bonzano, Ilaria Trave, Mario Bruno Guanti, Carlotta Gurioli, Bianca Maria Piraccini, Niccolò Gori, Elena Ippoliti, Ketty Peris, Laura Grigolato, Mariateresa Rossi, Caterina Foti, Paolo Romita, Benedetta Tirone, Eustachio Nettis, Maria Esposito, Maria Concetta Fargnoli, Lina Maria Magnanimi, Elena Pezzolo, Katharina Hansel, Luca Stingeni, Rosanna Satta, Maria Mariano, Flavia Pigliacelli, Flavia Manzo Margiotta, Marco Romanelli, Ruggero Cascio Ingurgio, Antonio Costanzo, Alessandra Narcisi, Monica Corazza, Emiliano Antiga, Pietro Morrone, Pietro Rubegni, Laura Calabrese, Laura Lazzeri, Giovanni Rubegni, Fabrizio Guarneri, Nicola Zerbinati, Andrea Carugno, Rosa Valentina Puca, Oriele Sarno, Claudio Marasca, Emanuela Martina, Francesca di Vico, Maddalena Napolitano +50 morewiley +1 more sourcePatients' Perceptions of Pharmacist Prescribing for Minor Ailments and Contraception in British Columbia, Canada
