Giant Pedunculated Seborrheic Keratosis

Seborrheic warts, usually referred to now as seborrheic keratoses, are rarely discussed, even though they are among the most common benign cutaneous tumors observed in man. According to Freudenthal and Spitzer, 1 seborrheic warts were described as early as 1869 by Neumann, who called them "senile" warts.

Abstract Seborrheic keratosis is a benign skin disorder which rarely occurs on the penis. Histopathologicexamination shows characteristic basal cell hyperplasia with cystic formation in the thickened epidermis. Excisional biopsy is perhaps the only way to rule out malignant disease.

Vulvar seborrheic keratosis

Seborrheic keratoses are benign epidermal growths that are found on hair-bearing skin. Familial forms, possibly autosomal dominantly transmitted, are described, and eruptive forms of seborrheic keratosis constitute the paraneoplastic syndrome of Leser–Trelat, associated with internal malignancies.
