Proceedings of the 2006 ACM symposium on Applied computing, 2006
The successfulness of the component-based development(CBD) process relies on several factors including the structuration of the component repositories and the comparison procedures for interface exploring while comparing the expected and the provided services. Both functional and non-functional aspects should be considered.

ACM SIGSOFT Software Engineering Notes, 2007
This paper presents an ontology to describe functional and non-functional properties of software components, associated with a portable implementation for enhanced discovering. Without leaving the development environment, the developer loads SEC+, a persistent component that acts as an intelligent search engine.

We present the architecture of a scalable and dynamic intermediary infrastructure for developing and deploying advanced Edge computing services, by using a cluster of heterogeneous machines. Our main goal is to address the challenges of the next-generation Internet services: scalability, high availability, fault-tolerance and robustness. Moreover, SEcS

Unusual synthesis of carbohydrate sec–sec ether-linked pseudodisaccharides
Carbohydrate Research, 2008In this paper, we describe the synthesis of sec-sec ether-linked pseudodisaccharides by the coupling of various secondary carbohydrate alcohols with di-O-isopropylidene allose 3-O-triflate. Reactions proceeded with inversion of configuration to give the 3-substituted di-O-isopropylidene glucose derivatives.

Proceedings of the ASE BigData & SocialInformatics 2015, 2015
Recognition of information threats from social media can give advantages to incident response in very early stage. Previous related studies mostly focus on finding general hot terms instead of specific continuously-changing targets, such that usage of these methods may be limited when given specific theme as default.

Proceedings of the ACM MobiHoc Workshop on Pervasive Systems in the IoT Era, 2019
Rapid progress in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) during the last few decades has resulted in the emergence of the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), in which smart vehicles communicate with each other for information sharing. The exponential increase in the number of vehicles, together with an increasing data demands from in-vehicle users, has led ...

Copolymer Characterization by SEC-NMR and SEC-MALDI
2002Off-line SEC-NMR and SEC-MALDI measurements are performed on a series of random copolymers of methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, styrene and maleic anhydride. First, a method is used, consisting of fractionating the copolymer by SEC and recording both the NMR and MALDI spectra of the fractions, In a successive step, the bivariate distribution of ...
