Determination of second-generation current conveyor noise-model parameters
2017 European Conference on Circuit Theory and Design (ECCTD), 2017A general method of determining the parameters for a well-known noise model of a second-generation current conveyor (CCII) is presented. The method is used to determine the thermal noise model parameters for two different CMOS CCII implementations. The simulation is carried out with the parameters of the AMS 0.35 μm technology using PSpice.

A cmos fully balanced second-generation current conveyor
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Analog and Digital Signal Processing, 2003The design and implementation of a high performance CMOS fully balanced second-generation current conveyor (FBCCII) is presented. The proposed circuit is essential to extend the use of the CCII based circuits to integrated circuits (ICs) applications.

Second generation current conveyor based capacitorless floating memristor emulator
International Journal of Circuit Theory and ApplicationsAbstractThis article offers a novel flux controlled floating memristor emulator based on second‐generation current conveyor (CCII). The floating memristor is designed using two CCIIs, one resistor, and one PMOS transistor. The presented memristor emulator does not need external capacitance.

Highly accurate CMOS second generation current conveyor and transconductor
IEEE EUROCON 2015 - International Conference on Computer as a Tool (EUROCON), 2015A CMOS second-generation current conveyor (CCII) is presented. Two nested negative feedback loops provide highly accurate transfer characteristics. Low mismatch sensitivity is achieved by the high-gain feedback loops and the absence of current mirrors in the signal path. The CCII is applied to the design of a transconductor. Measurement results for a 0.

Second Generation Current Conveyor Based Colpitt's Oscillator
2015 Second International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communication Engineering, 2015A new Colpitt's oscillator using a second-generation current conveyor (CCII) has been investigated with possible higher accuracy and fixed amplitude. The proposed oscillator generates a sinusoidal variable frequency waveform which is suitable for the application in communication, signal processing and instrumentation field. The variable frequency range

A new CMOS second generation current conveyor with variable current gain
2012 IEEE International Conference on Circuits and Systems (ICCAS), 2012This paper presents a new technique to realize CMOS second generation current conveyor (CCII) with variable current gain. Unlike the previous CCII with variable current gain, the current gain of proposed CCII can be controlled linearity by adjusting the ratio of the biasing currents that is realized by using differential difference current conveyor ...

High speed fully differential second generation current conveyor
2010 53rd IEEE International Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2010In this paper, a high speed fully differential second generation current conveyor (FDCCII+) is presented. The proposed FDCCII+ is based on using fully differential buffer [1] and class AB push-pull output stage with a new standby current control circuitry.
