An optimized CMOS second generation current conveyor

It has a current bandwidth of 1.8 GHz and a 4.52 GHz voltage transfer characteristic. Also, it gives 0.0016% and 0.0064% for voltage and current THD respectively, 0.003% and 0.015 as current and voltage relative errors respectively and -2.67 mV and -0.684 /spl mu/A

A Compact Second Generation Current Conveyor(CCII)
2010 International Conference on Advances in Recent Technologies in Communication and Computing, 2010A flipped current mirror and a flipped voltage follower suited to low-voltage and low power operation is applied to the design of current conveyors (CCII). A new topology (class-A )is proposed operating at 1.5v and featuring simplicity, compactness, low power consumption and bandwidths up to 100 MHz for a 0.5μm CMOS technology.

A precise macromodel for second generation current conveyors
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Fundamental Theory and Applications, 1997A precise and general macromodel that allows one to describe the behavior of the second generation current conveyors for a frequency range up to about gigahertz is introduced. It includes four controlled sources and ten passive components. The ways to determine directly from measurements, the element values of a given conveyor are indicated.
