A novel OTA and FVF based second generation current conveyor

Proceedings of the International Conference & Workshop on Emerging Trends in Technology - ICWET '11, 2011
A novel architecture of a CCII based on combination of OTA and Flipped Voltage Follower is proposed in this paper. The proposed architecture is operable at +/-1v and featuring simplicity, compactness, low power consumption and bandwidths up to 100 MHz for a 1μm CMOS technology.

Second generation current conveyors with enhanced input resistance

International Journal of Electronics, 1999
The design of wideband second generation current conveyors implemented from bipolar transistors is reconsidered in order to increase the value of their input resistance, R Y, at Y. This has been obtained by adding two supplementary transistors only. SPICE simulation results are given.
