On Regularization of Second Kind Integrals [PDF]
We obtain expressions for second kind integrals on non-hyperelliptic $(n,s)$-curves. Such a curve possesses a Weierstrass point at infinity which is a branch point where all sheets of the curve come together. The infinity serves as the basepoint for Abel's map, and the basepoint in the definition of the second kind integrals.

On Legendre numbers of the second kind [PDF]
The Legendre numbers of the second kind, an infinite set of rational numbers, are defined from the associated Legendre functions. An explicit formula and a partial table for these numbers are given and many elementary properties are presented.

SOME REMARKS ABOUT STIRLING NUMBERS OF THE SECOND KIND
In this paper we give a representation of Stirling numbers of the second kind, we obtain explicit formulas for some cases of Stirling numbers of the second kind and illustrate a method for founding other such formulas.

Asymptotic Estimates for r-Whitney Numbers of the Second Kind [PDF]
The r-Whitney numbers of the second kind are a generalization of all the Stirling-type numbers of the second kind which are in line with the unified generalization of Hsu and Shuie.

Manifolds with nonnegative curvature operator of the second kind [PDF]
. We investigate the curvature operator of the second kind on Riemannian manifolds and prove several classification results. The first one asserts that a closed Riemannian manifold with three-positive curvature operator of the second kind is diffeomorphic ...

Hermitian adjacency matrix of the second kind for mixed graphs [PDF]
This contribution gives an extensive study on spectra of mixed graphs via its Hermitian adjacency matrix of the second kind introduced by Mohar [21]. This matrix is indexed by the vertices of the mixed graph, and the entry corresponding to an arc from u ...

Graded Lie Algebras of the Second Kind [PDF]
The associated Lie algebra of the Cartan connection for an abstract CR-hypersurface admits a gradation of the second kind. In this article, we give two ways to characterize this kind of graded Lie algebras, namely, geometric characterization in terms of symmetric spaces and algebraic characterization in terms of root systems.

FROBENIUS FUNCTORS OF THE SECOND KIND [PDF]
A pair of adjoint functors $(F,G)$ is called a Frobenius pair of the second type if $G$ is a left adjoint of $βFα$ for some category equivalences $α$ and $β$. Frobenius ring extensions of the second kind provide examples of Frobenius pairs of the second kind.

Solving a system of fredholm integral equations of the second kind by using power functions. [PDF]
In this paper we used power functions for finding approximate solution of a system of fredholm integral equations of the second kind (S.F.I.E.2st. K.) with degenerate kernels.
