Advanced Science, EarlyView.In GdMn2O5, sublattice‐resolved EXAFS and diffraction analysis reveal pronounced spin‐phonon coupling and an unexpected opposing pressure response: the Mn‐driven Néel temperature slightly decreases while the Gd‐sublattice ordering temperature rises under pressures up to 0.86 GPa.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A lattice‐strain‐engineered Co0.28Cu0.67Ir0.05 trimetallic alloy nanoparticle electrocatalyst is rationally designed for efficient alkaline seawater electrolysis. Larger Ir atoms in the CoCu lattice modulate the local coordination environment, generating compressive lattice strain and highly active catalytic sites.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Intrinsic random telegraph noise in metal–oxide–semiconductor field‐effect transistors is harnessed to create gate‐tunable probabilistic bits. By modulating carrier‐trapping dynamics, the device produces stochastic binary outputs with a continuous bias‐to‐probability transfer.
