Zariski topology on the secondary-like spectrum of a module
Let ℜ\Re be a commutative ring with unity and ℑ\Im be a left ℜ\Re -module. We define the secondary-like spectrum of ℑ\Im to be the set of all secondary submodules KK of ℑ\Im such that the annihilator of the socle of KK is the radical of the ...

The Spectrum of Second Order Quantum Difference Operator
In this study, we give another generalization of second order backward difference operator ∇2 by introducing its quantum analog ∇q2. The operator ∇q2 represents the third band infinite matrix. We construct its domains c0(∇q2) and c(∇q2) in the spaces c0 and c of null and convergent sequences, respectively, and establish that the domains c0(∇q2) and c ...

A Novel Dynamic Spectrum-Sharing Method for GEO and LEO Satellite Networks
In this article, we investigate the spectrum-sharing for a space information network comprised of a geostationary orbit (GEO) satellite and a pair of low earth orbit (LEO) satellites, where one spectrum-sensing LEO (SLEO) is used to sense the status of ...

Action Spectrum of the “Second Emerson Effect”
A peak is found at 670 mmu in the action spectrum of the "second Emerson effect" (22, 33), in the green alga Chlorella pyrenoidosa, and in the diatom Navicula minima; a shoulder appears in about the same location in the blue-green alga Anacystis nidulans and less clearly in the red alga Porphyridium cruentum.
