Parabolic Extrapolation and Its Applications to Characterizing Parabolic BMO Spaces via Parabolic Fractional Commutators [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
In this article, we establish the parabolic version of the celebrated Rubio de Francia extrapolation theorem. As applications, we obtain new characterizations of parabolic BMO-type spaces in terms of various commutators of parabolic fractional operators with time lag.

Commutator lifting inequalities and interpolation [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2003
In this paper we obtain a multivariable commutator lifting inequality, which extends to several variables a recent result of Foias, Frazho, and Kaashoek. The inequality yields a multivariable lifting theorem generalizing the noncommutative commutant lifting theorem. This is used to solve new operator-valued interpolation problems of Schur-Caratheodory,

Local triple derivations on C*-algebras [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2012
We prove that every bounded local triple derivation on a unital C*-algebra is a triple derivation. A similar statement is established in the category of unital JB*-algebras.

The applications of Cauchy-Schwartz inequality for Hilbert modules to elementary operators and i.p.t.i. transformers [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2018
We apply the inequality $\left|\left\right|\le\|x\|\,\left^{1/2}$ to give an easy and elementary proof of many operator inequalities for elementary operators and inner type product integral transformers obtained during last two decades, which also generalizes all of them.

Spectral theory of a class of Block Jacobi matrices and applications [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2015
We develop a spectral analysis of a class of block Jacobi operators based on the conjugate operator method of Mourre. We give several applications including scalar Jacobi operators with periodic coefficients, a class of difference operators on cylindrical domains such as discrete wave propagators, and certain fourth-order difference operators.

On the real and imaginary parts of powers of the Volterra operator [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
We study the real and imaginary parts of the powers of the Volterra operator on $L^2[0,1]$, specifically their eigenvalues, their norms and their numerical ranges.
