Secrecy Outage Performance of a Cooperative Cognitive Relay Network

IEEE Communications Letters, 2017
In this letter, we analyze the physical layer secrecy performance of a two-hop cooperative cognitive underlay relay network with a decode and forward relay and a passive eavesdropper. Unlike other works to date, we assume combining of direct and relayed signals at the destination and the eavesdropper.

Secrecy Performance Analysis of Adaptive SSK Transmission

2020 IEEE 31st Annual International Symposium on Personal, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications, 2020
In this paper, we propose an adaptive antenna index (AI) mapping scheme with the aid of partial channel state information (CSI) (i.e., channel gain order information) of legitimate channel. Based on the received partial CSI that is unknown to an eavesdropper (Eve), transmitter (Tx) adapts AI mapping patterns.

Does secrecy signal skill? Own-investor secrecy and hedge fund performance

Journal of Banking & Finance, 2021
Abstract Using a novel measure of own-investor secrecy, we find that non-disclosure to a fund’s own investors, unlike non-disclosure to the public, does not signal hedge fund skill. Own-investor secretive funds do not significantly outperform transparent funds through an up market, and they significantly underperform their (sub)strategy-matched peers

Secrecy Performance of Incremental Relaying with Outdated CSI

2018 IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC), 2018
Secrecy performance is investigated for relay networks with multiple antennas Nt at the transmitter. As K relays are available, we propose an incremental threshold relaying scheme with low complexity, where both transmit antenna selection (TAS) and relay selection are deployed without eavesdropper channel state information (CSI).

The Impact of Pay Secrecy on Individual Task Performance

Academy of Management Proceedings, 2010
We generate and test a moderated mediation model of the effects of pay secrecy—a pay communication policy restricting employees’ access to information regarding the level of other employees’ pay in the organization—on individual task performance. According to this model, the effects of such a policy are posited to be mediated by informational fairness,

Secrecy performance of finite-sized cooperative full-duplex relay systems with unreliable backhauls

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, 2017
This paper investigates secrecy performance of finite-sized cooperative full-duplex relay (FDR) systems with unreliable wireless backhaul connections across multiple transmitters under Nakagami-m fading.

On the secrecy performance of integrated satellite‐aerial‐terrestrial networks

International Journal of Satellite Communications and Networking, 2020
SummaryThis paper investigates secure transmission of an integrated satellite‐aerial‐terrestrial network (ISATN), where multiple eavesdroppers (Eves) attempt to overhear the satellite signals cooperatively. The ISATN adopts an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) equipped with multiple antennas as a relay with threshold‐based decode‐and‐forward (DF) protocol.
