Abstract Excessive nutrient inputs have caused eutrophication of coastal ecosystems worldwide, triggering extensive algal blooms, oxygen‐depletion, and collapse of local fisheries. In the Baltic Sea, inputs of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) have been significantly reduced since the 1980s, but the environmental state shows little to no signs of ...

An ant colony genetic fusion routing algorithm based on soft define network
Abstract Aiming at the problem that there are many paths in data forwarding in soft define network (SDN) network, and the optimal path is difficult to find, combined with the advantages of ant colony algorithm and Genetic algorithm (GA), a routing control strategy based on the ant colony genetic fusion algorithm is proposed.

Effect of gap size on flange face corrosion
This study investigates the effect of gap size on the flange face corrosion behavior in bolted flanged joints of wind turbine towers exposed to challenging offshore conditions. Using electrochemical techniques, it finds that increasing the gap thickness accelerates the general corrosion rate and delays crevice corrosion initiation.

Direct ink writing of piezoresistive isoprene rubber nanocomposites
Use of carbon nanoparticles as conductive fillers in an isoprene rubber matrix for piezoresistive sensors fabricated via direct ink writing. Abstract Despite the growing interest in flexible electronics and wearable sensors, research in piezoresistive polymer nanocomposites has stagnated in consideration of the polymer matrices, particularly in ...
