Flavonol glycosides from Securidaca diversifolia
Phytochemistry, 1985Abstract Twelve flavonol glycosides have been isolated from the leaves of Securidaca diversifolia . The separation of ten quercetin 3-glycosides and two kaempferol 3-glycosides was achieved by droplet counter-current chromatography (DCCC), preparative reversed-phase chromatography and gel chromatography.

New Sucrose Derivatives from the Bark of Securidaca longipedunculata
Journal of Natural Products, 1993Two new bitter principles were isolated from the bark of Securidaca longipedunculata (Polygalaceae) and identified as beta-D-(3,4-disinapoyl)fructofuranosyl-alpha-D-(6-sinapoyl)g lucopyranoside and beta-D-(3-sinapoyl)fructofuranosyl-alpha-D-(6-sinapoyl)gluco pyranoside. The structures were elucidated by a combination of 1H nmr (1D, 2D COSY, 2D HOHAHA),

A new sterol glycoside fromSecuridaca inappendiculata
Journal of Asian Natural Products Research, 2005From the roots of Securidaca inappendiculata, one new sterol glycoside securisteroside (1) has been isolated, along with two known sterols, spinasterol (2) and 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-spinasterol (3). The new sterol was characterized by chemical and spectrometric methods, including EIMS, FABMS and one- and two-dimensional NMR experiments.
